Is this the final cut in 2021 for St. Catharines lawns? One city worker thinks so

One St. Catharines Public Works employee thinks that perhaps Niagara residents will now have their final lawn mowing of 2021.

Out today (October 28) cutting municipal lawns, we asked him if that was it for the year? No more lawn mowing headaches?

“I have to think so. We’re just days away from November,” he smiled, adding he was just a guy doing his job, not an expert.

However, with a huge grin, he did add one caveat. “If we keep getting rain like we’ve been seeing lately, who knows?”
