The beach, boathouse and inflatable waterpark at a Brampton lake will open later this week, so long as the weather agrees.

The City of Brampton has confirmed that amenities at Professor’s Lake are scheduled to open on Thursday for the summer season, “weather and water quality permitting.”

Featuring beach volleyball, lakeside trail and waterslide, the lake will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Wibit inflatable water park that first opened in Brampton in 2023 is back this year, and features water slides, an obstacle course, a climbing wall and activities for kids, parents, and guests ages six and older to enjoy.

Access to the waterpark is available in 50 minute time slots, while the boathouse has 30 minute time slots.
