Increased Hamilton Police presence at Mohawk College and McMaster University after reported threats

There’s an increased police presence at Mohawk College and McMaster University.
The Hamilton Police Service (HPS) tweeted Monday (Nov. 8) that the precaution was being taken after online threats were allegedly directed at both schools over the weekend.
Both Mac and Mohawk proceeded with classes as usual.
Police said the source of the post was identified and “there is no credible threat to either facility.”
