Incident on QEW slowing traffic through Oakville

Emergency crews are on the scene on the QEW in Oakville to assist with a vehicle that has gone off the road.

The car is in the ditch near Bronte Rd. and is affecting traffic heading westbound.

Rescue vehicles have forced the closure of the far right lane and traffic is backed up to Third Line.

The extent of injuries to the passengers in the vehicle is not known at this time.
