Niagara OPP say they charged a driver in Niagara Falls with impaired driving after conducting a RIDE check on Friday evening (Nov. 19).

“The G1 licenced driver blew a 3 day suspension for alcohol, and was unaccompanied by a sober/qualified driver,” said OPP.

The driver’s vehicle also reportedly had unsecured toddlers sitting in the back.
