Impaired Brampton driver with vehicle stuck on a guardrail charged, license suspended

Peel Regional Police responded to an incident involving a vehicle parked at an inappropriate spot in Brampton this morning(Sept. 11).
Upon arriving at Heritage Rd. and Bovaird Dr. W., officers found a vehicle stuck on a guardrail and the driver was operating it while impaired by alcohol.
Subsequently, the driver was arrested and charged for driving with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.
The driver’s license has been suspended for a period of 90 days and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
