Hwy. 401 lanes in Milton closed after vehicle breaks down

There was potential congestion on Hwy. 401 late Tuesday night due to lane closures in Milton.

The Ontario Provincial Police state the two left lanes of the westbound 401 were blocked near James Snow Parkway due to a disabled vehicle.
