The new store will feature the largest bakery section in Ontario, as well as the biggest Asian beauty section.
It will offer self-serve hot food with “authentic Asian dishes,” the press release said.
“T&T kitchen is known for its specialties, including Peking duck, papa chicken, a BBQ station, and a sushi counter,” it said.
“It will also offer popular street-food favourites such as freshly made Chinese crepes and Taiwanese-style sticky rice rolls.”
The store will have more than 500 T&T private label products “including pantry staples, dim sum, and trendy snacks,” the release said.
“Customer favourites such as juicy pork soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), Korean kalbi marinade, green onion pancakes, and seaweed snacks will all be available, plus much more.”
The store is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2026.
It’s one of three T&T stores that are set to open in Canada next year; the other two will be in Mississauga and Burnaby, B.C.
There are currently 38 T&T stores, with 37 in Canada and one in the Untied States.
