If you enjoy a combination of music, food, and live entertainment, then you might want to save the date for the 1st Annual Middle East Winter Festival happening in Mississauga this March.

Inspired by 1001 Nights, the festival will run for 3 days at the Mississauga Convention Centre with a huge line-up of performers from Toronto’s Canadian Arabic community.

For anyone who loves to shop, there will be over 60 vendors you can choose from including a huge selection of  art, jewelry, fashion and cultural food —a little something for everyone!

It’s also kid inclusive, with plenty of games, and activities for them to enjoy.

The not-for-profit organization was established on March 1, 2018 in hopes to empower the Middle Eastern community by giving access to opportunities where people can feel a sense of belonging. Since then, the festival has gained a lot of success with thousands of visitors each year.

The festival 2023 operating hours are:

Friday March 17 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Saturday March 18 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Saturday Night Concert March 18 from 9:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Sunday March 19 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
