A huge antique market returns this weekend in Mississauga.

The Sunday Antique Market is back at the historic Small Arms Inspection Building, 1352 Lakeshore Rd. E. in Lakeview this weekend.

The market was held on a few Saturdays over the summer but now it returns to Sundays for three dates this fall — Nov. 5, Nov. 19 and Dec. 3, the market organizers said in a press release.

Organizers note that the market should not be confused with The Merry Market, a Christmas event, which is also at Small Arms Inspection Building but on Nov. 12.

The antique market, originally held at St. Lawerence Market in Toronto, moved to Mississauga last November.

The Sunday Antique Market features more than 80 antique, vintage and collectible vendors.

Vendors have scoured estate sales, delved into private collections, and sourced their favourite pieces to curate a selection of items from every era, blending classic charm with the hottest trends of today.

Vendors come from across Ontario and Quebec.

“Our November antique markets promise to be an extraordinary experience,” said Marlene Cook, organizer of The Sunday Antique Market.

“This year, we’re proud to host two markets in November and one in December, offering visitors the chance to explore a wide array of antiques, from vintage jewellery to mid-century modern decor. It’s the perfect opportunity to find that special pre-Christmas gift or add to your collection.”

The Sunday Antique Market is on Nov. 5, 19 and Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Small Arms Inspection Building, 1352 Lakeshore Rd. E.

Admission and parking are free.
