The Town of Milton is reminding residents to do their part in keeping the community clean and safe by reporting graffiti and other issues such as litter and debris and when street lights are out.

According to the Town of Milton’s website, graffiti crime includes “any writing, drawing or symbols applied to any surface without permission from the property owner, authorized agent or designate.”

Reports related to graffiti as well as all additional concerns can be submitted via the Town’s website on the “Click & Fix” icon which is located on the home page.

Residents who spot graffiti vandalism in progress are advised to call 9-1-1 immediately.

Additionally, residents who would like to help keep the community clean are being reminded to dispose of garbage properly, secure waste on pick-up days and reduce, reuse and recycle.

Residents are also reminded not to put waste materials on Town or private property without the permission of the property owner as it is considered illegal dumping.
