Homes being evacuated due to large grass fire in Brampton

Crews are responding to a large fire in Brampton this afternoon.
At 3:04 p.m., a grass fire was reported behind some homes in the residential area of Twin Willow Cres and Robertson Davies Dr, near Hurontario/Mayfield.
Police say some trees are on fire as well.
Homes in the area are being evacuated and no injuries have been reported at this time.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
Residents are asked to avoid the area.
