A Mississauga property with a large backyard recently sold for far under its asking price.
On April 1st, the detached home at 3050 Lenester Dr was sold for $1,300,000 — almost $200,000 under its listed price of $1,499,000.
The property, estimated to be about 2,724 square feet, boasts a massive backyard, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two garages.
The home was sold after about 10 days of being listed on the market.
The property at this location was sold five other times prior to this year, with its next most recent sale occurring in 2015 for $655,000. It sold for its lowest price of $282,000 in 2003.
