Highway off-ramp lane in St. Catharines blocked by collision

A highway off-ramp in St. Catharines was partially blocked after a collision early Wednesday evening (July 21).

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation says that right lane of the northbound ramp from Hwy. 406 to Westchester Avenue is blocked. Access to the street, in both directions, is affected.
