Highway construction in Burlington and Milton will cause traffic delays

Construction work on major highways will cause some traffic disruptions for drivers in Burlington and Milton in the coming days.
According to the Ministry of Transportation, the work will involve some full closures or lane restrictions on the QEW and Hwy. 401 and traffic delays are expected.
As well, construction of the eastbound QEW off-ramp at Eastport Dr. will see all lanes closed tonight from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
On Hwy. 401, construction on the eastbound lanes near James Snow Parkway will result in varying lane closures on March 21 from midnight to 5 a.m.
