A condo unit in Mississauga has sat on the market for more than 120 days.

The home is on a list of 10 “hidden gem” properties that haven’t sold after a lengthy period of time, real estate brokerage Zoocasa says.

“Hidden gems can often get lost among the thousands of property listings, and you could miss out on your perfect home by only looking at recent listings,” Zoocasa says in the recent report. “In fact, homes that have been on the market for an extended period may provide buyers with greater opportunities for price negotiations.”

The property in Mississauga is at 55 Strathaven Dr., unit 308.

Located just north of Square One Shopping Centre, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is in a sought-after neighbourhood, according to the listing.

The place features recently upgraded appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, fridge and hood installed in 2023. The washer and dryer set are from 2021.

The monthly condo fee is $499 and includes heat, water and hydro.

This place is listed for $520,000 and was first put on the market on May 2, according to Zoocasa.
