Celebration Square in Mississauga is hosting Halloween Lab—a spooky twist on some fun, science experiments this Saturday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to perform hands-on experiments, as well as witness live science shows at 12:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. There will also be a monster petting zoo, a sensory play station, and plenty of candy.

The live shows will feature several different scientific reactions including exothermic reactions—wherein scientists will make a genie appear out of a bottle, and summon a giant snake.

The hands-on experiments will afford kids of all ages the chance to work and play with slime, Silly Putty, pressure, dry ice, and UV Beads.

Additionally, all attendees are encouraged to show up wearing their spookiest (or funniest) costumes.
