Here are the Burlington roads that will get fixed this year

The City of Burlington has earmarked several roads for repair this year.

More than 20 projects are planned, including upgrades to existing roadways and installing and repairing streetlights, traffic signals, bus stops, and fixing sidewalks and streets.

Among these upgrades are several major overhauls on streets and sidewalks.

Here is the list of streets that will have work done this year:

  • Guelph Line, from Lakeshore Road to St. Clair Avenue — road reconstruction
  • Walkers Line, Ironstone Drive and Britannia Road — culvert repairs
  • Bromley Road, including Brewer Court, Broughton Crescent, Verhoeven Road, Linwood Crescent & Maureen Court — road reconstruction
  • Havendale Boulevard, from Brant Street to Sitwell Court — road upgrades
  • Mainway, from Guelph Line to Burloak Drive — road resurfacing
  • Prospect Street to Dynes Road; Brant Street to Cumberland Avenue; Dynes Road; Regency Court; Graham’s Lane; & Legion Road — road resurfacing
  • Upper Middle Road — road upgrades
