Parents of elementary and secondary school students in Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills here’s your opportunity to express feedback on what’s ahead for your child in the classroom.

The Halton District School Board is inviting parents/guardians, students, staff and the community to review and provide feedback on its 2022 Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP).

The Board’s long term plan addresses several key matters including existing and projected accommodation needs of students by recommending a number of projects and initiatives including new schools, boundary reviews, enrolment redirections and more.

All the documents and resources outlining key points for schools in Halton are available on the Long Term Accommodation Plan webpage on the Board website.

Ahead of the Board’s approval of the LTAP, feedback on the document will be accepted until Monday, May 29, 2023 at 12 noon.

The public is asked to provide feedback using only the online feedback form. located on the LTAP webpage.

Once all the feedback is in and has been collected, Board staff will provide a report for the Trustees at the June 7, 2023 HDSB meeting.
