You want a say in what Pickering’s waterfront and Nautical Village is going to look like? You’ll get that chance this month as the City of Pickering launches its second round of public consultation for the lakeside project on LetsTalkPickering.ca.

With Pickering planners busy developing the long-term vision for its waterfront and Nautical Village, the public is invited to provide feedback on personal experiences, hopes, and ideas on how the community can enjoy, enhance, and protect the waterfront for future generations.

This round of public engagement focuses on the Nautical Village, the uses of the area, and its unique character. The public survey is available until November 30, 2021 on LetsTalkPickering, the City’s new community engagement platform

The deadline is November 30 and community feedback will be reviewed and considered by Council and staff for future planning studies and waterfront initiatives.
