Hamilton’s Fall Garden and Mum Show returns to Gage Park this weekend

It’s that time of year when the City of Hamilton invites residents and visitors to the Gage Park Greenhouses for the Fall Garden and Mum Show this weekend.
The celebration takes place Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and this year’s theme is “Mums in Space.” The displays are inspired by outer space, including a floral telescope, a rocket ship, and a floral rover.
This year the show will also feature a vendor marketplace, garden seminars, and DIY workshops for all ages. A dedicated Family Weekend has been designated for Saturday and Sunday, which organizers say “will feature additional activities for the whole family, including a photo booth, performers and more.”
“The whole family can enjoy this breathtaking display of over 200 varieties of chrysanthemums and more than 100,000 blooms,” they added.
Tickets are available at the door, but organizers recommend reserving your timeslot online at hamilton.ca/mumshow

Tickets are free for children five and under and $7.77 for adults. Special pricing is also available for families, seniors, youth and school trip groups. Parking is free.
