As of May 2023, Hamilton’s house prices saw a significant decrease of 22.9 per cent compared to a year ago, with the average home costing about $845,892.

That said, prices have hardly crashed. In fact, data from the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) indicated that the Hamilton housing market is “set to remain strong” for the remainder of the year.

With a favourable real estate market, many Hamiltonians are looking at buying luxurious properties in the city. Here’s a look at the five of the most expensive houses that recently sold in Hamilton, as compiled by Zoocasa.
