Elliot, a perennial underdog, has earned respect at every level. The Florida State University product went unrecruited and undrafted on his way to being an NFL starter.
Elliot originally signed with the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent. He played 36 games, including seven starts, over three seasons (2016-18).

Elliott also played 16 games in his lone season with the Carolina Panthers in 2019.
He finished his NFL stint with 77 tackles, half a quarterback sack, four pass deflections, and two interceptions.insauga's Editorial Standards and Policies advertising
