Hamilton police are asking drivers to slow down after laying over 100 traffic charges.

Police, who are running a Project Recalibrate initiative, say they’ve laid 122 charges over two days.

Police also say they’ve laid four stunt driving charges and one impaired driving charge.

“Our streets aren’t raceways, yet the average speed was 35 km over,” police wrote in a tweet. “We’re encouraging drivers to slow down for everyone’s safety.”
