Hamilton Police lay charges in collision involving 14-year-old pedestrian

Charges have been laid by police in a serious collision involving a 14-year-old pedestrian at the Main and Dundurn intersection in Hamilton.
On March 30, 2022, at around 2:30 p.m., a 14-year-old female was struck by a 2016 Hyundai motor vehicle that was being driven by a 49-year-old Hamilton man.
Police announced Wednesday (May 18) that the driver is being charged with carless driving driving causing bolidy harm.
The female that was struck is recovering at home from the injuries sustained in the collision, according to police.
