Police in Hamilton sent a public bulletin tonight, saying they are looking for Jordan David Stone, who has been declared a fugitive.

The 35-year-old Stone is on the run from criminal charges — one count of assault causing bodily harm, and four counts of failure to comply with probation. He is known to frequent the Hamilton area, but also has ties to Niagara Region, as well Brantford and London.

A Hamilton Police Service handout photo depicts Stone as a man with short brown hair, blue eyes, a light complexion and pierced ears. The police bulletin said that Stone should not be approached if he is spotted.

“If he is observed, police ask that members of the public call 911,” HPS says.

Anyone who has information that could assist police with the investigation into the whereabouts of Stone or this alleged crime should contact HPS Const. Allison Hannah (905-546-2905).
