Hamilton Police charge another driver clocked at double speed limit on Nikola Tesla

Police have charged and suspended the license of a driver after clocking him at more than double the speed limit on a busy Hamilton street over the weekend.
It’s alleged that on Saturday afternoon (March 26) at around 1 p.m., a white sedan was caught travelling 124 km/h on Nikola Tesla Boulevard in northeast Hamilton where the speed limit is 60 km/h.
Police pulled the car over and charged the 30-year-old driver with speeding, in addition to impounding his car for two weeks and suspending his license for a month.
This latest speeding incident came one day after a 27-year-old driver was clocked at 116 km/h on the same road. That driver was also charged, his car impounded and his license suspended.
