Hamilton man arrested in connection to East End break-ins

Hamilton Police arrested a man Wednesday (Dec. 4) they say has been involved in a number of residential break-ins on the East Mountain and East Hamilton over the last week.

Hamilton Police arrested a man Wednesday (Dec. 4) they say has been involved in a number of residential break-ins on the East Mountain and East Hamilton over the last week.

On Wednesday, shortly before 10:00 a.m., Hamilton Police say they received a 911 call for a break and enter in progress at a house in the area of Nash Road South and Queenston Road.

The occupants were home when a man was in the processes of breaking into their house.

Police arrived on scene and located the suspect in the area and arrested him without incident. No one in the house was not injured.

Through investigation, police say they have been able to connect the suspect to two other residential break-ins that occurred on Tuesday (Dec. 3) on the East Mountain.

At the time of the incidents, the suspect was bound by two probation orders.

Randy Hall, a 33-year-old Hamilton man is charged with:

  • Break and Enter with Intent
  • Break and Enter Commit X2
  • Fail to Comply Probation X6

Hall is expected to appear for a bail hearing Thursday.
