Hamilton girl, 14, reported missing

The Hamilton police are seeing the public’s help in locating a girl who went missing on Hamilton Mountain on Wednesday afternoon (July 21).

Alexa Freire, 14, was last seen in the area of Upper James and Limeridge Road East in Hamilton around 5 p.m. on Wednesday. She has not returned home and there is a concern for her well-being.

Freire is described as female, about five-foot-five and 100 pounds. She has shoulder-length frizzy dark brown hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue long sleeve v-neck shirt, blue-and-white patterned tights and blue and pink running shoes with white soles. She was carrying a large grey backpack.
