Halton Region’s daily COVID-19 case count remains below 10.

Today (July 12), Ontario is reporting 114 new cases of COVID-19, 9 of which have been reported in Halton.

Burlington has recorded 2 new cases, Oakville has 6, Milton has 1 and Halton Hills has 0.

A total of 17,785 cases have been resolved in Halton and 234 people have passed away.

There are currently 47 active cases in the region.

According to regional data, there have been 6,021 total variant cases in Halton.

As of today, Halton Region has administered 665,480 COVID-19 vaccines.
