Halton police search for alleged thief who stole $1,475 pair of sunglasses in Burlington

Police are on the lookout for a man suspected of stealing an expensive pair of sunglasses from a shop in Burlington.

Halton Regional Police say a man entered the Squint Eyewear at 286 Lakeshore Rd. in Burlington on Nov. 4 around 2:30 p.m. and made off with a pair of sunglasses valued at $1,475.

The suspect is approximately 35 years old and is five-foot-ten-inches tall. He has a heavy build with a bald head, gold eyebrow ring, and tattoos on his neck and arms.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a red hoodie, light gray track pants, and a pair of black and red Air Jordan shoes. He was also wearing a camouflage face mask.
