Halton police investigating robbery in Acton

Halton police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Acton.

On July 25, 2022, at approximately 12:45 p.m. the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) responded to a robbery at the Pharmasave located at 21 Main St. North.

According to police, three male suspects described as youths entered the pharmacy wearing masks.

Police say the suspects demanded narcotics and cash before fleeing in a 2015 Toyota Corolla.

No weapons were seen or used by the suspects, according to police.

Shortly after the robbery, police were alerted to a vehicle collision on Regional Road 25, south of No 17 Sideroad. While the suspects were involved in this collision, they abandoned their vehicle at the scene.

Police say no persons were physically hurt as a result of the robbery or collision.

Despite a search by officers, including the K9 Unit, the suspects were not located and are still outstanding.

Police would also be interested in any dash cam footage residents may have of the suspects and their vehicle in this area during the time of the robberies.
