The GO-VAXX bus will be rolling into the Oakville headquarters of the Halton Regional Police on Thursday.

The bus will be on site, located at 2485 North Service Rd. West, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The mobile bus clinic will be administering first, second and booster COVID-19 doses, as well as the paediatric vaccine for children aged five to 11.

There will be capacity to administer approximately 320 vaccines.

All doses at the clinic must be booked through an appointment only as walk-ins will not be accepted.

Appointments will be available for booking beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday (the day before the clinic). The appointments usually fill up within one hour.

To book an appointment, visit the COVID-19 vaccination portal or call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.

The Province of Ontario operates the GO-VAXX mobile vaccination clinics as part of the province’s strategy to get COVID-19 vaccines to Ontarians.

The number of available vaccinations at the mobile clinics is determined by the Province of Ontario.
