Halton man becomes instant millionaire with winning LOTTO 64/9 ticket

“I didn’t think it was true,” said Michael, the married father of two. “It’s amazing!”
The 49-year-old said he plans to pay some bills, take a vacation, and invest his winnings.
Ontario LOTTO 6/49 players have won over $12.8 billion in prizes, including 1,386 jackpot wins and 305 Guaranteed $1 Million Prize draws, according to Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Queen St in Bolton.
