Gun used in robbery of Mississauga store

Peel Police are hunting for two men after an east Mississauga store was robbed at gunpoint this evening (March 9).

Investigators say the men entered the store with a gun in the Central Pkwy. E. and Eglinton Ave. E. area just after 5:30 p.m. Police aren’t revealing the name of the store.

The culprits stole several items before running off. No injuries were reported and police won’t describe the items that were stolen.

Both men are described as white and in their 30s. They were wearing dark clothing and face coverings. They were last seen fleeing on foot.
