Gun and knife seen during robbery in Brampton

Police are investigating an armed robbery with multiple weapons that took place in Brampton on Friday evening.

Shortly after 10 p.m., officers were called for a robbery in the Murray Street and Burnhope Drive area, near Bovaird Drive/Main Street North.

Three suspects stole property from an adult male, who suffered minor injuries during the incident.

 

A gun and a knife were seen, police say.

The suspects, who were wearing dark clothing, fled the scene on foot. No other identifying descriptors are available at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
