Growing concern for 2 missing boys last seen in Durham

UPDATE: Durham police say both boys have been located and are safe and sound. No additional information was provided.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two missing boys who were last seen in Durham Region.

Traeson, 13, is from Pickering. He is described as Black, with a height of 5-foot-9 and a weight of 115 pounds.

Police say he was last seen wearing a black Carhartt toque, a black Helly Hansen jacket, a black Nike Tech Fleece sweater and black Nike Tech Fleece track pants.

Jayden, 12, is from Ajax. He is described as Black, about 5-foot-4 in height, with a small build. Police say he was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, grey pants and black New Balance running shoes, and was carrying a Sprayground backpack.

Investigators have not said whether the two boys were together and when they were last seen or which city they may be in. It is also unclear whether they are travelling on foot, by public transit or are in the company of others.
