Great Canadian Baking Show winner from Milton to appear on new series

A past winner from The Great Canadian Baking Show, who is also a resident of Milton, is set to appear on a new baking show.

Raufikat Oyawoye-Salami, who competed in the fourth season of The Great Canadian Baking Show, will be bringing her passion and talent to a new instructional and comedic baking series.

In the new series called Raufikat’s Better Bake Along, Oyawoye-Salami will join hosts and comedians Alan Shane Lewis and Ann Pornel.

Along with showcasing several recipes and sharing her passion with viewers, the purpose of the series is to encourage others to be more confident when it comes to baking.

The series is set to feature six episodes and will premiere on the free streaming service, CBC Gem on Mar. 25.
