GO-Vaxx bus will be making two appearances in Burlington this week

A GO bus will be making a pair of appearances Burlington this week.

On Wednesday, June 1, it will be at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 60, 828 Legion Rd., from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On Saturday, June 4, it will be in the parking lot of Burlington Centre, 777 Guelph Line, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All GO-VAXX buses are providing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for first, second, third and booster doses for adults and youth ages 12 and up, as well as the pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children aged five to 11. Each bus carries up to 300 doses per day.

Each bus operates as a fully functioning vaccine clinic with the necessary supplies and trained staff to provide assistance to people and ensure vaccines are administered safely. All COVID-19 safety precautions will be followed on board, including the required pre-vaccination screening and post-vaccination monitoring.

The buses are fully accessible.

Bring your health card or government ID and wear a loose-fitting top so the upper arm is easily accessible.
