A GO bus will be in Burlington on Saturday to provide COVID-19 vaccines on a walk-up basis.

The GO-VAXX vehicle has been specially retrofitted to dole out up to 200 COVID-19 shots per day.

It will be at Bruce T. Lindley Public School, 2510 Cavendish Dr., on Saturday, Oct. 30, from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Walk-ins only, no appointments needed.

The GO bus bus has the capacity to deliver up to 200 shots per day. The mobile clinic is fully accessible and will be administering both first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine.

All COVID-19 safety precautions will be followed on board, including the required pre-vaccination screening and post-vaccination monitoring.

Each bus can safely hold eight people at a time and no appointments are necessary. Anyone aged 12 and over can walk up while supplies last. Bring your health card or government ID and wear a loose-fitting top so the upper arm is easily accessible.
