GO Trains delayed due to signal issues east of Burlington

The Lakeshore West GO trains are experiencing several delays this morning.
Signal issues east of Burlington GO are causing the delays, according to a post from GO Transit.
“We continue to experience a signal issue east of Burlington GO,” GO Transit said on X today (Jan. 15) at 7:40 a.m. “Consider starting your eastbound commute at Appleby GO.”
Repair personnel are on site but delays are expected until the issue is fixed.
The Oakville GO Train scheduled for 8:37 a.m. to Union Station was cancelled due to the signal issue.
GO Transit said customers can board the next train scheduled to depart Oakville GO at 9 a.m.
