GO Train service has just been extended to another part of southern Ontario.
Daily trains now operate between Stratford GO and Union Station.
GO Transit says that on weekdays, there is a morning rush hour train from Stratford to Union Station, with a return train in the afternoon.
The weekday train departs Stratford at 6:16 a.m. and arrives at Union at 8:47 a.m.
The return train leaves Union at 4:52 p.m. and arrives in Stratford at 7:28 p.m.
There are stops in Kitchener, Guelph, Acton, Georgetown, Mount Pleasant, Brampton, and Bramalea GO.
On weekends, there’s a morning train from Union Station to Stratford, with a return trip in the evening.
It leaves Union at 8:49 a.m. and arrives in Stratford at 11:16 a.m.
The return trip leaves Stratford at 6:16 p.m. and arrives at Union at 8:45 p.m.
There are stops at Kitchener, Guelph, Mount Pleasant, Brampton, Bramalea, and Bloor GO.
GO Transit said not all train doors will open at Stratford GO and passengers may need to move to a coach where the doors will open.
