Time is running out to register for football, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball and more for the fall season of the Brampton Sports League.
With ongoing leagues and drop-in slots available, the Brampton Sports League offers residents looking to get active a way to practice, learn new skills, and meet other members of the Brampton sports community.
While volleyball and basketball programs are already underway, registration is still open for the Brampton Sports League with sign-up available for cricket, ultimate frisbee, flag football and dodgeball leagues.
The league is co-ed and open to residents 18 years old and over. Participants can sign up as part of an already assembled team or as “free agents,” who will be put together to form a team or placed on an existing team that does not have enough players.
Registered players will also receive a reversible jersey for “home” and “away” games.
The leagues run from September to December, with football, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball and cricket starting in October.
All games are played at the Save Max Sports Centre with dodgeball on Tuesdays, volleyball, cricket and basketball on Wednesdays, and ultimate frisbee and flag football on Thursdays.
There are also drop-in spots open for those looking to practice, learn new skills, and meet other members of the community.
