Gas prices are on the way down in Mississauga, Brampton and Hamilton

Gas prices are on the way down.

They went down today and they are going down again tomorrow in Mississauga, Brampton and Hamilton.

Prices went down 4 cents for a litre today and they are expected to go down again another 4 cents tomorrow. This would make the average price for a litre at $168.9 on average in the GTA and cheaper outside of the Toronto area.

Gas prices have seen major increases throughout the last couple of weeks, especially two weeks ago when it went up close to 20 cents in the GTA.

Prices are expected to go up in the coming weeks and months and are expected to be around $2 again by January of 2023
