Gas Leak Causing Road Closures in Mississauga

Residents should be aware of a road closure currently in effect.
Police were called at 10:30 a.m. after a gas line was hit in the area of Queensway East and Stanfield Road.
A city inspector is currently on scene to assess the situation.
Stanfield is blocked at Greening Avenue and Melton Drive.
Drivers should use alternate routes and avoid the area.
UPDATE: The roadway has reopened.
