Fugitive wanted Canada-wide could be in these Ontario cities

Police are asking members of the public to help locate a fugitive wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who could be hiding out in Ontario.

The OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad says Joshua Turner, 42, is serving a more than one-year sentence for breach of a long-term supervision order.

Turner is known to frequent the Greater Toronto area, Brampton, the Kitchener Waterloo area and Kingston in Ontario, as well as Winnipeg and Portage La Prairie in Manitoba.

Police area skiing anyone with information to come forward.

Turner is described as a caucasian male standing approximately 5’10” tall and weighing 150 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his left upper arm, a large unknown tattoo on his right forearm, the words “thug life” scratched into his chest, the word “crips” scratched into his left hand, and a one-inch burn scar on his left forearm.
