Fugitive serving time for sexual interference could be hiding out in Brampton

Police are searching for a fugitive serving time for a sex crime who could be on the run in Brampton.
The OPP says 58-year-old Andrew Swan is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release.
Police say the man is currently serving a more than four-year sentence for sexual interference.
Swan is known to frequent Brampton, Barrie, Bracebridge, Kitchener and Sault Ste Marie, and investigators are asking anyone with information on the fugitive to contact police.
Swan is described as a 58-year-old white male standing approximately 5’8″ and weighing 204 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who has had contact with Swan or who may have information in regard to his whereabouts is asked to contact the OPP Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad at 416-808-5900 or 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE). You can also leave an anonymous tip by calling Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or call 9-1-1.
