Frost warning now in effect for Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, St. Catharines and Niagara

A frost advisory has been issued for parts of the province, including Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, St. Catharines and Niagara region.

Frost is possible tonight (October 23) and early Sunday morning as temperatures drop to near zero degrees Celsius.

Plants and crops in frost-prone areas could be damaged.

“Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees,” Environment Canada advises.
