Free pizzas offered for one day at popular franchise across Canada

Lucky customers could get a free pizza next week at a Canadian franchise.

Pizza Hut Canada says it is giving away more than $1 million in free pizzas — over 50,000 pies — in a one-day campaign.

The free pizza, dubbed as a pizza “refill” is offered to the first 100 customers who bring in any empty pizza box – even a box from one of the other guys — to their nearest Pizza Hut on Dec. 4 only, according to a press release from Pizza Hut.

Those first 100 customers who bring in the empty pizza box will get a brand-new Pizza Hut box with a piping hot handcrafted crust pizza.

Patrons can choose between a medium handcrafted pepperoni duo or medium handcrafted smoky tri-cheese pizza, while supplies last.

“No strings attached – just cheese,” the press release states.
