A Mississauga cake shop celebrates 25 years in the best way possible — with free cake.

Nothing Bundt Cakes opened in Mississauga just a few months ago in November 2021.

But the founders, Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz, opened the first location in 1997 in Las Vegas. The company has since expanded to more than 430 bakery locations across the U.S. and Canada.

And if you haven’t tried one yet, this might be the chance to taste one.

The Mississauga location confirmed they are joining the celebration and will give away one confetti flavour bundtlet (small) cake to the first 250 guests on Thursday, Sept. 1. There is a limit of one cake per guest and you must pick it up in person.

The shop is located at 1900 Fowler Dr., in a small plaza at Erin Mills Pkwy. and the QEW. It opens at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
